Zirconia all-ceramic bearing

Generally, glass fiber reinforced nylon 66 (RPA66-25), special engineering plastics (PEEK, PI), stainless steel (AISISUS316), brass (Cu) and so on can also be used.

Silicon nitride all-ceramic bearing

Silicon nitride all-ceramic bearing ring and rolling body are made of silicon nitride (Si3N4) ceramic material, rPA66-25, PEEK, PI, and phenolic laminated bakelite tube can also be used. Compared with ZrO2, SiN4 all-ceramic bearings are suitable for higher speed and load capacity, as well as higher ambient temperature. Precision ceramic bearings for high speed, high precision and high rigidity spindles are also available, with maximum manufacturing accuracy UP to CLASS P4 to UP.

Full ball full ceramic bearing

One side of the ceramic bearing with full ball has a ball notch, because of the design of no cage structure, more ceramic balls can be loaded than the bearing of standard structure, so as to improve its load capacity, in addition, it can avoid the limitation of cage material, and achieve the effect of corrosion resistance and temperature resistance of ceramic cage type ceramic bearing. This series of bearings are not suitable for higher speed, so it should be noted that the notched surface is installed at the end that does not bear axial load.

Mixed ceramic ball bearing

Ceramic ball, especially silicon nitride ball, has the characteristics of low density, high hardness, low friction coefficient, wear resistance, self-lubrication and good rigidity, especially suitable for high speed, high precision and long life mixed ceramic ball bearing rolling body (inner and outer ring for metal bearing steel or stainless steel material). Usually the inner and outer rings are made of bearing steel (GCr15), stainless steel (AISI440C) are used according to customer requirements, ceramic ball can choose zirconia ZrO2, Si3N4, or silicon carbide SiC material.
